  1. Hello and welcome to my Fishing guide. Fishing is one of the more important skills when it comes to becoming self-reliant on Krator. Without a steady food supply you will not be able to progress in the game nearly as fast, and will spend a lot of your profit margins in resupplying. It can also act as a nice money maker, as many players will constantly be buying food. Starting out In order to start fishing, there is a 25k coin requirement in order to purchase a small net. Once you have completed the pre-requisite of obtaining 25,000 coins, then the great fact is that is all the GP you will ever need in order to max out fishing. You will go to home, and find the NPC known as "Peasant Owner" [1]. [1] - Location of the Peasant Owner NPC Locations You will stay in the home area for 100% of the fishing skill. You will start on the north west side of the pond that lies south of the bank, and work your way around until you end on the east side, where you can catch sharks. XP Rates And Requirements 195 XP - Shrimp - Lvl 1 325 XP - Anchovies - Lvl 15 1,105 XP - Tuna - Lvl 35 1,365 XP - Lobsters - Lvl 40 1,625 XP - Swordfish - Lvl 50 1,950 XP - Sharks - Lvl 76 ***These rates can be improved when using the Angler Outfit, which is obtained randomly while fishing. I highly recommend always having the outfit worn while fishing as it will increase your XP/hr. Note - You will only receive the bonus if you have all four items equipped. Fastest XP Rates The path you choose to reach level 99 is ultimately up to you. From my personal experience, this is the path I would recommend. Lvl 1-35 -> Small net fish (shrimps and anchovies) Lvl 35-76 -> Harpoon fish (tuna and swordfish) Continue to harpoon fish if you want to reach faster cooking levels, due to swordfish giving a higher xp reward than sharks and also have a decreased burn rate Level 76-99+ ->Fishing Sharks Best Profit Margins I left this part in mainly for continuity between other possible guide's I will be creating. It is straight forward. The higher the fish, the more GP you will expect to be traded per fish. Sharks can generate over 100k GP per inventory, making them an extremely quick way to make some good starting money. Assuming you also have high enough cooking to have low burn rates. Thank you for taking the time to read my guide. I hope it helps your progression in the great game of Krator. Happy fishing!
